“I strongly recommend Alice! I was recently on a two-week vacation in Cambodia, and I happen to be getting married in a few months back in the states. I thought—maybe I can get a wedding suit while I’m here too. So I found Tom & Alice on Google with good reviews and decided to try it out. Alice is very nice and a very experienced tailor. She speaks enough English to communicate. She took her time with me as I had very specific opinions about the details of the suit, but I also deferred to her expertise here and there, as she was quite confident about certain decisions. I wanted a less common green fabric for my suit, and she found the exact fabric that I wanted at the market. I was only in Phnom Penh for one day, then went away for two weeks of travel, and I returned for one night before my flight back to the USA early the next morning. Due to my travel schedule, I needed Alice to meet me at 10pm for me to pick up my suit, and she agreed to go out of her way for me, which was much appreciated. When I picked it up, she was beaming and I couldn’t have been happier. It fit perfectly with no alterations needed, and it was beautiful! All for a great price! You’re in good hands with Alice!”

“I went with a friend to make dresses for both of us. Alice was very nice and took the time to help us with the fabric we choose and the model we wanted. The final products were very nicely done and well finished. Should you want a dress you'll need to bring your own fabric from the market, but otherwise everything else is taken care by the tailor. “I recently had two shirts tailored at Tom & Alice Custom Tailors, and I have to say the craftsmanship was genuinely impressive. The shirts fit perfectly and the quality exceeded my expectations. For a bit of context, I’m a 6’3” Australian guy with broad shoulders and long arms, so finding shirts off the rack that fit well is usually a challenge. That’s why I opted for tailor-made, and they really delivered on that front. On the flip side, I did feel the initial quoted price was quite high. While I did agree to it, I think it’s worth mentioning so future customers can be prepared or maybe negotiate a bit. Overall, if you need a great fit—especially if you’re tall or have a unique build—this is a solid choice. Just be mindful of the pricing upfront.”
