“I’ve taken several classes at Tore Yoga and Wellness already — from sound bath to hatha, vinyasa, and jivamukti — and I honestly love this studio. Every class feels like I’m learning something new. I get challenged in the best way: jivamukti pushed me to try a headstand, hatha made me really aware of my body (and yes, my back thanked me after the practice), and after vinyasa I immediately attempted a tripod inversion because I’m on my inversion journey right now. The teachers are amazing — supportive, clear, and really good at guiding you deeper into your practice. The location is also super convenient since it’s in the business area of Makati, around the RCBC/Cityland Towers area, and close to restrooms too. It’s easy to find, and most of my classes ended up being evening schedules after work, which fit perfectly into my routine. The only thing that felt a bit off for me is the cleaning setup. They CLAYGO practice, and you’re the one who wipes and sanitizes your own mat after class. I just wondered what happens if the person before you didn’t do CLAYGO —I feel like from morning to night it’s the same mat and what if it wasn’t wipe off properly. But it’s a small concern and more of a personal preference, and be sure to bring towel talaga next time Overall, Tore Yoga quickly became one of my favorite studios. I always walk out feeling challenged, grounded, and grateful. Looking forward to trying a daytime class someday! 🧘‍♀️✨”

“Qi Gong class. The teacher, Tim, was excellent in patiently teaching the complicated-looking steps, until we all perfected it. And he was paying attention talaga to each of us, even microbend ng knees he notices and corrects even when he's in front of the class always. Very beginner friendly. He knows to calm the class and relax the new students into the postures. Also, he was cool for a bit of chat and answering questions about the practice. The studio was spacious and welcoming, and noise from the traffic right outside wasn't noticeable. Plenty of cleaning materials, too, which is nice because they request for you to clean your mats after. I like that mats are provided, so hassle-free to just come in for the class.”

“I had my first-ever yoga experience in a Yin and Yang class with Teacher Nancy, and it was great! The class was very beginner-friendly, and Teacher Nancy made everyone feel comfortable regardless of experience level. Her instructions were clear, her energy was calm and encouraging, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. It was such a positive introduction to yoga. I highly recommend this class to those who are looking into getting into yoga. I’m looking forward to coming back and will be recommending this to my friends!”

“Tried out their Sound Healing class, very relaxing session. The place itself is very nice and clean, and the ambiance is warm and calming. A downside is there’s no waiting area since it’s just one room. So if you arrive early you have to wait outside until the previous class is over.”
