What people say

“The food and cocktails are terrible for the price. Compared to other high-end rooftop bars, you should expect it to be difficult to enjoy the nice city view. The table legs aren't fixed, so they keep wobbling... It is worth visiting if it's your first time, though. The show is unique and decent. Only one time for me.”
“Pretty nice decor, but for a rooftop there are a lot of obstructed views. The main attraction (the giant face) can’t be seen from a majority of the tables to the left, and most seats don’t overlook the city because of the raised walls/building structure/plants. As for the staff, the service was pretty good. Some workers were more attentive than others. The food wasn’t that great though.”
“Tulum Skybar offers amazing views, there’s no doubt about that. However, in my opinion, it’s a bit overhyped. The place is almost always very crowded, and you often have to wait in long lines to get in, which takes away from the overall experience. Prices are what you would expect from a rooftop bar, but I personally think there are better rooftop options in Bangkok with a more relaxed atmosphere. It feels a bit like a social media hotspot, which makes it overcrowded most of the time. That said, it’s worth visiting once for the view, but I probably wouldn’t go back a second time.”
“I was very disappointed with my visit to the Tulum Sky Bar. Unfortunately, I suffered from food poisoning after eating there, which completely ruined the experience. On top of that, the prices are extremely overpriced for the quality that is offered. While the view and location are nice, this does not make up for the serious issue with food safety. In a situation like this, I believe a refund or at least a proper response from management would be appropriate. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve food quality and customer care.”
“Visited on a Sunday evening and took our Thai family. The food varied in portion size quite drastically from 3 small tacos to a huge Caesar salad. The service was really slow and the waiter was trying his best but it was clear he was assigned to too many tabled. The DJ and atmosphere was great but like the other reviews smoking was allowed around the food. The cocktails were nice around £9 each expected for a rooftop bar. The staff also didn't speak Thai which I guess aludes to this place is for tourists primarily. They had no menus in Thai either. Overall it was worth it for the experience once but it isn't somewhere to return.”
