“I went for a procedure, and at first they started asking for the full amount, which I refused, and I was absolutely right. They agreed to pay later. We discussed it beforehand and warned me that the procedure would take one hour. In the end, they spent two hours doing my brain surgery, then took me to the operating room, barely inserted a catheter crookedly, then inserted an IV that didn't work, and the assistant tripped over it twice, and they barely managed to catch the IV stand. In the end, three assistants just chatted and discussed something endlessly, clearly unrelated to the procedure. Then they suddenly told me the doctor wasn't there and was in surgery. This was after two and a half hours. I finally couldn't take it anymore and left. Because it's impossible to trust someone with such irresponsible treatment. Now I understand why they ask for money upfront. The service level is poor.”
