“Great experience at Viet Bi Premium in Hanoi. Yen took care of my cleaning and was thorough while being very gentle around my permanent aligner wire, which I really appreciated. She explained clearly what areas I need to improve on, without making it feel overwhelming. Super personable too so much so that we even took a selfie at the end :) they stayed open so j could make it after the closing hours. Professional, attentive, and genuinely kind.
