Price would be too high for the gym alone,but including saunas, bonfire, whirlpool and ice bath ... a perfect fit. One of my favourite gyms so far. 400 baht per session.”

“Poor equipment for calisthenics. Too thick pull-up bar and only outside (no proper training when it's raining). Otherwise the calisthenics area is fine when it's sunny. Not friendly for new customers. Be ready to choose this gym without touching the equipment, lol. And you have 5 minutes to have a look only. They need a competitor on the island in "luxury" Instagram gyms...”

“I normally live in Bali and I’m used to high-quality gyms, so I didn’t come to Koh Phangan with high expectations when it came to training. But Xantiva genuinely surprised me; in the best way. The gym itself is spacious, clean, and has a great atmosphere. You’re free to train shirtless if you want, which I personally appreciate since it helps with muscle connection and form during workouts. The crowd is also really mixed in the best way. you’ll see all body types here. Slim, big, muscular, overweight - everyone’s doing their thing and the vibe is super relaxed and respectful. No ego, just good energy. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the recovery area is next level. There’s a proper ice bath - not just cold water, but real massive ice chunks floating in it. That’s rare even in Bali, and I’ve honestly never seen anything like it in Thailand. Add to that multiple saunas, steam room, and a jacuzzi, and you’ve got the full recovery experience dialed in. If you’re serious about training or just want to treat yourself to something unique while you’re here, I’d say Xantiva is a must. It’s not just a gym - it’s a whole experience. Highly recommended.”

“Overcrowded and very busy. The gym itself is very small - not that many machines or dumbells/barbells so you have to wait or share them with someone else. The outdoor area is pretty good with many bars. I like the spa area with saunas and cold plunges/there is also one with ice. However if you want a better equipped gym, you can find a better ones on the island. This one is overpriced in my opinion.”
