“A lovely experience at Zira Spa, receiving one of the spa packages. Came the day before to discuss treatments options, very professional, knowledge and helpful staff. Explain what each step of the treatment would look like to make sure I was happy and comfortable. Following day I had the treatment. Beautiful decor and building, staff are highly skilled and every part of the process what clear and gave you choice and discussion to make sure everything was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting this spa when you’re in Chiang Mai.”

“Came upon this spa while walking around Chiangmai old town and found that it has gotten very good reviews on google map. HK celebrities have visited this spa too. Price rate is on the higher side but am willing to give it a shot. Had my aromatherapy massage twice in this spa; the first session was good but the second session was less better. Did the on-spot post-massage feedback and Zira gave me a 15% discount because of my sincere feedback on my second experience session. This shows that Zira is taking customers’ feedback seriously and crave for continual improvement 👍.”

“Tried a few others - Fah Lanna, Makka, Let’s relax but Zira Spa was the best. We visited 3 times! We had a massage from Phueng and Ya for 90 min and 120 min. From the reception & booking to the actual massage, everything was satisfactory. Highly recommended!”

“Zira Spa is truly magically !!! From the moment I walked into the spa to the treatment and til the moment I left. Everyone so intentional and attentive to my presence. This was my first time and it truly did not disappointment. The treatment was done by Toon and she had magical hands, it was an out of body experience. I was also very lucky that they accommodated me with the last spot at late notice as they were fully booked. Truly lucky!! Thank you and I will definitely be returning again!”
