After moving out, the check-out inspection was completed without any issues being raised at the time. However, afterward, they claimed additional damages and attempted to charge me for repairs that were not clearly caused by tenant negligence. Despite multiple follow-ups, communication became very difficult, and my messages and calls were eventually ignored. This made the situation even more frustrating and unprofessional. tried to resolve the matter fairly and based on the lease agreement, but the process lacked transparency and proper accountability. I would advise future tenants to carefully document everything and clarify all conditions clearly during check-out to avoid similar issues.”
