They gave very practical and honest suggestions on hair colours, clearly explaining what could be achieved with or without bleach, so I felt confident making decisions instead of being upsold. Service was amazing from the moment I stepped in I was offered bottled water and a small snack right away, which was such a thoughtful touch. During the process, a tablet with Netflix and YouTube was provided, making the time pass by super comfortably. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Highly recommend! ✨”
