“I called the clinic on such short notice yesterday afternoon around 17::40 hoping i can get doll eyes treatment before fly back to Bangkok today and to my surprise, they were so kind and accommodating — they even opened a bit earlier just for me! I couldn’t believe it. The whole team is absolutely amazing — so warm, so caring, and truly professional. From the moment I arrived, I felt so well looked after. The nurses were beyond wonderful — one of them gently held my hand when I was feeling scared, and another carefully placed ice blocks on my face to make sure I was comfortable. Their kindness and patience meant the world to me. It’s rare to find a team that not only does their job so well but also genuinely cares for their patients the way they do. And Dr. Ploy… she is simply brilliant. So gentle, understanding, and incredibly skilled at what she does. I felt completely safe in her hands, and the result — oh my goodness — it’s absolutely amazing! Thank you so much to the entire team for making what could have been a nerve-wracking experience into something so positive and comforting. I’m beyond grateful and will definitely be coming back again ❤️”
