“I’ve been here a few times already and the standard has been consistent. The menu is focused and features good selection of coffee and tea. The filter coffees are well made and have good depth of flavour; the beans option does change from time to time so you can have something different each visit. The service is exceptional - attentive, proactive and passionate about their craft, adding greatly to the overall experience. The interior is minimalist and calm, so it’s a good place to chill or even do some work. It can get crowded every now and then so do expect to wait a bit (anywhere from 5 - 30min, depending on the day) Note: the pictures are from various visits”

I appreciate the consistency they maintain and the care with which the beans are treated. Consistency itself is also an underappreciated art. While it may feel routine for baristas who do this every day, it is always a fresh experience for the coffee lover - so I appreciate knowing I'll get a good cup of coffee every time. For those looking for more than just coffee or expecting food options, just note that they only serve drinks. Friends have also mentioned that their chocolate drink is excellent, so it's worth checking out. What is even better than the minimalist ambience is the service. Always a pleasure to be there.”

“The line is long because it’s a Sunday. Ordered the best seller Peru Wilder Garcia and it was good if you want black coffee hand-brewed coffee with fruity notes. My order took time though bcs only one staff was doing the pour over but it’s worth the wait.”

The space is flooded with natural light, featuring high ceilings and a clean, gallery-like aesthetic that makes me feel instantly at peace. The presentation is tactile and thoughtful, served in a beautiful, textured ceramic cup that retains heat perfectly. This Ethiopian lot is a vibrant journey for the palate. True to its notes, it leads with a lush, blueberry jam sweetness that transitions into the stone-fruit brightness of apricot. The finish is clean and floral, reminiscent of hibiscus tea. It is a light, tea-like brew that highlights the style, fresh, nuanced, and incredibly refined😍”

“Visited Apartment Coffee in Singapore and tried the Colombia Granito de Oro. It was a very enjoyable cup — clean, balanced, and well-executed. The café is extremely popular. I had to wait around 30 minutes even early in the morning, so it’s best to plan accordingly. Given that it’s ranked 6th among the world’s best coffee shops, the crowd and wait time are understandable. Overall, a great spot for quality specialty coffee if you don’t mind the wait.”
