“I had previously wrote a review that I was very happy with our purchase here in Bali after buying a three bedroom villa in prerenan but unfortunately we have had nothing but issues with our villa since we have bought the property and I cannot recommend this real estate agency. Our personal agent, advent was really great with communication to help us find this Villa and I cannot fault her, but the Villa has the worst workmanship. Immediately after we moved in and the real estate agency had done the due diligence, the entire roof started leaking/ cracking and they had to redo the entire roof. Ever since then we have had numerous issues, including more leaks, cracking, mold and there’s pretty much nothing about the villa that was built properly. We now have leaking in the ceiling again months later, as well as mold all over the house. There is no one overseeing that things are fixed properly, and as that is not our specialty, we have relied on the one year warranty, but nothing seems to be done in a timely or correct manor. The communication with both the builders as well as the sellers are really bad, and considering we have a year warranty for any of the issues that come up, and these issues are not being fixed in a timely manner or managed properly is very concerning. Our neighbor who bought the Villa adjacent to ours is having the exact same issues, I don’t know if they did not do the diligence, but I do know that there are so many assurances that they only work with the best Builders and trusted sellers and that is definitely not the case here.”
