Become Aesthetics Clinic (Novena)

“Making sales + commission is their 1st priority. Customer comes 2nd place. Front-line staff are extremely pushy to close sales and earn commission. The staff are not honest when selling and advertising services. They give the impression their goal is to sell the biggest package possible, and not advise what is appropriate. Be prepared for aggressive hard selling. If you say you dont want to buy many times, their standard response is to ask you to pay by installment apps such as Atome. Compared to other aesthetics clinic in Singapore, this brand, Become Aesthetics, including their "sister/partner" affiliated clinic V Aesthetics is the worst experience and most unprofessional I have every encountered. I have treatments left and have no choice to continue because I already signed this package. I do not advice anybody to purchase services from them, there are many other better aesthetic clinics around. They use a lot of emojis to appear friendly in whatsapp but it does not change their unprofessional services and behaviour. They oversell and provide wrong advice, previously asking me to purchase a ridiculous amount of 60 sessions Pico Laser when the doctor only said around 10-12 sessions, telling me if I purchase more I can use the extra sessions on my armpit, part of legs etc, when I am only there for face. The staff here are unprofessional and only care about their commission. You can see it in their eyes and attitude. The "trial" pico laser is not a full trial session and feels pointless and wasting my time. It will use a very light setting, basically not having any effect and really just wasting your time to come down. It feels like the main purpose of the "trial" is to make you come down and listen to their sales pitch, to ask you to sign package during the trial session. They also pressured with "sign now" tactics, saying the offer for package is not available anymore once you leave the clinic. This is NOT TRUE, you can purchase the package and add on more sessions even after you leave. Another staff also said that the maximum number of sessions I can purchase is 50, because of high demand they cannot sell me more even if I wanted to. This is dishonest marketing, and trying to inflate their demand and service to make you purchase. This contradicts when another staff wanted to sell me 60 sessions. DIFFERENT staff will say DIFFERENT things, just to sell you. The clinic's front line staff gives wrong information about the treatment, and wrong price. The staff does not seem to be clear about their own services and prices, making it very confusing. Information varies from staff to staff. When I called to enquire about a treatment, they immediately responded about their prices, packages and discounts, instead of asking what I wanted to enquire about the treatment first? I do not recommend anybody to come to this clinic or any other related clinics of the same brand.”

“My skin is combination type, quite dry but also slightly oily in some areas. I went for Pico laser and Rejuran Healer treatments, and saw visible improvement after the sessions. My skin feels more hydrated and smoother, with better overall texture. Really satisfied with the results. Highly recommended!💕”
