“I honestly thought Bianca would be just another overly commercialized restaurant I kept seeing on Instagram but I was completely wrong!! This place is truly extraordinary. The menu is extensive with so many great options to choose from, and every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. The service was flawless, and our waitress, Mu Mu, was incredibly nice and attentive, which made the experience even better. And the desserts? Outstanding!! The lemon meringue tart was hands down the best I’ve had in Bangkok. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.”

“Never been disappointed each time of my visit! I am not a fan of Italian or French cuisine but this restaurant is the only one that I keep coming back. Been here since their first opening when emsphere just built and the taste stays the same and always coming back whenever I am in Bangkok for visits. I give atmosphere at 4 stars because it is an open restaurant so it’s doesn’t give u any privacy feeling and you pretty much hear the noise of the mall. Italian Garlic Shrimp is a MUST even you don’t eat garlic like me!”

“this place is absolutely amazing. I’ve been here many times. They have several around the city in different malls but this location is my favorite. I highly recommend the lasagna and the rocket salad. The bread is absolutely amazing. The service is great. They have amazing drinks and I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve also done this on Grab to get it to my house or my condo and it’s also been very good that way as well so I just highly recommend it and I hope you enjoy it. Amazing desserts too and it really is just really good food. The only thing I haven’t tried as their pizza.”

“Celebrating my birthday early at Bianca! Most of the dishes were excellent; the Tomato Sauce Pasta and Garlic Prawns are must-tries. While the Carbonara was a little too 'al dente' (slightly hard) this time, the Lemon Meringue Tart completely made up for it—it was incredible! Great service and vibe. Highly recommend for a special occasion.”

“I’m a regular customer, and today’s experience was disappointing. The food quality is still excellent, but the service was not. The staff was not particularly friendly, we had to insist several times just to get ice with our sparkling water, and our main course arrived while we were still eating our starter, leaving no room on the table. For a restaurant of this standard, the service urgently needs improvement. The food remains great, but after this experience, we’ll think twice before returning.”
