“I chose the 1Zen Purity Head Spa (for oily & dandruff scalp) and honestly… what a feeling. I thought I was taking very good care of my hair, but their scalp analysis showed otherwise. It was eye-opening in the best way. After the detox and deep treatment, my scalp finally feels truly clean and light. My husband Arnar chose a body scrub with hot oil massage and had a wonderful, relaxing experience as well. The place itself is impressive — showers, steam bath, relaxation room with movie, snacks, coffee and soft drinks included. The reception area is busy (they are clearly popular), but the moment you enter the treatment room, everything changes. Calm. Peaceful. Soft star-like lights on the ceiling. Completely different atmosphere. My treatment included scalp therapy, styling afterwards, facial cleansing, face mask with a heated eye mask, and massage of the head, neck, back and arms. It felt like a full reset. I also want to especially thank my therapist from the Philippines for the warm small talk and professional care ❤️ It made the experience even more personal. This place is amazing, and I recommend it with full confidence. If you’re in Kuala Lumpur and need a proper reset — this is it.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) I visited Billion Onsen KL on June 1st, 2026, at around 9:00 AM, and I had an absolutely fantastic experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Staff & Hospitality (10/10): The hospitality here is top-notch. I was warmly welcomed by Beverly at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly with a great smile. I also want to extend my compliments to a tall lady (I believe she is the manager) wearing a black-and-white striped shirt. When I asked for a prayer room, she kindly escorted me to an empty, quiet room so I could perform my prayers. Incredible service and true hospitality! Spa, Onsen, & Facilities: The hygiene and cleanliness are immaculate. The onsen is spacious, cozy, and has no weird smells or residue. The sauna is excellent, and the staff inside are very attentive, constantly ensuring everyone is comfortable and safe. After a session in the sauna, the complimentary detox drink was incredibly refreshing. They are also very generous with amenities, providing high-quality facial wash, deodorant, lotion, shaving kits, and dental kits. They even provide three separate, clean towels (small for face, medium for hair, large for body). Headspa: I tried their headspa treatment, and it easily deserves 5 stars on its own. It was so relaxing and comfortable that I actually fell asleep! Food & Ordering System (Areas for Improvement): There is a massive variety of food available, though there are a couple of small things that could be improved: 1 The Ordering System: The QR code ordering system can get a bit messy. I waited about 30 minutes for an order that didn't arrive, so I ordered something else, only for both to show up at the same time. 2 The Popcorn: The popcorn had a weird, overly thick texture and was a bit too hard compared to ordinary popcorn. Despite the minor food hiccups, the overall experience was near perfect. The outstanding service completely made up for it. I will definitely be back and hope to receive the same amazing treatment next time! Highly recommended!”

“Had a great experience at Onsen Spa Billion. The place is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided excellent hospitality from start to finish. The massage was very satisfying, and the masseurs were skilled and attentive. If you’re looking for the best massage experience, I highly recommend reaching out to Max and Taki. The location is easy to access, making it very convenient. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!”

“Had an amazing experience at Billion Onsen and spent a wonderful 12 hours relaxing at the spa. My hot stone massage with Rin was incredibly soothing, she was very gentle, attentive, and made the whole session feel extra comforting. The service overall was excellent and truly elevated the experience. The food selection was also surprisingly good and definitely worth the price. I loved the portion sizes just enough to enjoy without feeling too full, which gave me the chance to try different dishes throughout the day. Everything I had tasted amazing, truly chef’s kiss. The atmosphere was calm, peaceful, and perfect for a proper reset. Cleanliness was top-notch as well. The staff constantly made sure fresh towels and robes were available, and everything was kept spotless at all times. Overall, I genuinely loved everything here. It was such a relaxing experience from start to finish, and I would definitely come back again especially to try the head spa next time.”

“We had an enjoyable experience at the Billion Onsen and Aesthetics and would not hesitate recommending them to this community. Starting with a very warm welcome at the reception by Beverly who took the time to explain the packages and massages, which we opted for the Signature and Tui Na and scheduled our time slots, then it's off for some orientation of the facilities and services. The Baths are clean and well maintained, the Salt room is just nice to sit in and have a quiet moment. The resting room is great to cozy up in a blanket, watch some shows on the tablet and order some snacks. The massage was good but unfortunately there were some renovations going on in the building above which can be annoying to some, but the massage was so good, i dozed off regardless. Overall the five of us spent five hours there enjoying the facilities which was great to recuperate from the CNY festivities. The staff are attentive and professional, which speaks volume about the quality of the service provided. Will definitely return next time.”
