Nina took the time to understand my daughter’s request and walked us through the entire process and the many options available during the initial consultation. On the day, Nina was well prepared. Before starting, she drew the outline of the design and patiently redid some changes to the design. Once my daughter was happy with the design, Nina started work. She was focused and meticulous. After completion, Nina took the time to explain the after care instructions. Aloysius and Nina kept us informed of the entire process and we are very grateful for their patience.”
