“Bread & Butter Bakery – Da Nang Bread & Butter Bakery feels more like an expensive French bakery than a local shop. When you walk in it’s warm, calm and nicely lit — the kind of place you’d stop for coffee and a pastry without rushing. The view toward the beach road adds a pleasant vibe too. The bakery counter is full of fresh breads and pastries — croissants, fruit danishes, layered puff pastries — all looking crisp and well baked. I tried the strawberry cream pastry and it was balanced, not too sweet, with fresh fruit on top. Croissants and other baked goods look like they were made that morning. They also have a brunch menu with plates like tuna toast, pancakes, waffles, and smoked salmon toast — not just desserts. The prices are higher than typical local cafés, but that matches the quality and presentation. Drinks menu includes coffee, tea, fresh juices and vitamin drinks. The setup feels polished, and staff were friendly and efficient. The interior reminds me of French bakery chains I’ve seen, similar to the vibe at Paul — neat displays, wood accents, and a calm, upscale feel. Not loud or chaotic like street cafés. Good place for brunch, a quality pastry, or a relaxed coffee. Highly recommend if you like European-style bakery food.”

“The place is beautiful — very clean, spacious, and in a great location. The overall aesthetic and atmosphere are amazing, but the flavors were quite average. Although the croissants being displayed openly may seem practical, it honestly didn’t feel hygienic. Two children were coughing over them and touching several of them for a couple of minutes, which was unpleasant to see. I would recommend choosing from the refrigerated display instead. There is a round Nutella dessert that was actually quite good — light and tasty. Also, I honestly wouldn’t recommend trying tiramisu here, or almost anywhere in Vietnam. They really don’t seem to know how to make it properly. The tiramisu was very disappointing. As for coffee, there are definitely better coffee spots nearby.”

“Well it's a 2 in one place with amazing pastries! I had a cheesy garlic something croissant and it was very nice. The whole place seems to be a Coworking space in the most amazing bakery. It's actually a little surreal! Staff very attentive. Cool opportunities to watch the artisans at work in the kitchen. Spectacular! I will be back!”

“If you just drop by to “have a look” and walk out without buying or trying anything, you’re simply not a baked-goods person. Everything I tried tasted fresh and well made. Just proper baked goods that hit the spot. Easy place to recommend if you’re in Da Nang.”

“This bakery offers a wide variety of options, from different types of coffee to pastries. They also serve complimentary water infused with fresh orange slices, which is a nice touch. The space is very large and comfortable, with plenty of seating — some areas are great for working, while others are perfect for catching up with friends. The location is excellent, right by the beach, so it tends to be quite popular with tourists. Prices are a bit higher than average. We had croissants in the evening, so they were slightly on the dry side — likely because of the time of day — so I’m giving 4 stars based on what we tried. I’m sure there are softer, fresher options, and I’ll update my rating after trying more items”
