Even though the entire process has been quite long (as time is needed for the implants to heal), Dr Chan has been very supportive and professional throughout the journey. “Found this clinic on Google because all the doctors had great reviews. Decided to book for this evening, and it went downhill from there. I called the clinic non-stop from 1:23pm to 2:35pm – at least 8 times. No one picked up. I then WhatsApped HQ, and they said the clinic staff would call me back soon. Waited 30+ mins, nothing. When they finally called, the staff said 1pm–2pm was lunch break, which is fine. But no one answered from 2pm onwards either. Eventually they managed to book me for 7:30pm today. I double-checked with the staff since the clinic closes at 8:30pm and asked if that was enough time. She said yes. While I was already on the way, almost there, they called me at 6:50pm saying the doctor couldn’t make it because there were 2 patients still ongoing. They asked me to reschedule. I told them I’d canceled all my plans to come down today, and now you’re telling me this last minute? Then the staff suggested I come at 8pm instead. The clinic closes at 8:30pm – how is the doctor supposed to do cleaning or a filling properly in 30 mins? Doesn’t make sense. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a dental clinic. Reception staff were unprofessional, no one answers calls, and zero respect for customer time. I won’t be rescheduling or coming back.”

“Dr Chan has always taken excellent care of my family and I. He is always gentle and reassuring, but also extremely skilled which gives us confidence in otherwise scary procedures. Over the last 1.5 years I have had to remove a nasty jawbone cyst, which involved removing 3 of my front teeth and replacing them with implants. Needless to say this was horrifying to me, but Dr Chan, Serena and the nurses made it a smooth journey. From the skillful, painless extraction and clearing of the cyst, to the spot on dentures that helped me tide over a year of toothlessness, to the final completion of the new implants, I always felt assured for the quality of care I would receive.
