“Great place to visit if you are a cat lover. This place has 3 levels, and most cats mingle up on this level, along with all the customers. Other rooms seems to be empty, no customers, no cats. There are a variety of cats, including a lion cat, a cat with no fur, and other varieties. The fee to come in includes a variety of snacks for you to choose, self service, as well as a drink of your choice. You can buy a small bag of cat food to feed the cats separately. The cats are well behaved, and most of the time they sleep. They don't jump onto people's food. It's a relaxing place to go to to get away from the hot weather.”

“If i’m being honest, i love the concept. But i’m quite fond of animal, so seeing how there’s no “boundary” for visitors kinda makes me sad. Kids were running here and there, picking up cats and stacking them onto each other - it’s heartbreaking. I wish there were some written rules on how to treats the cats here. Around 40ish cats were there, visitors can also participate in feeding time (this activity is actually cute and nice). Perhaps the cats should be given more comfortable clothing and accessories… Services and free flow snacks and drinks were okay, i have no problem with this and actually is quite satisfied. Hope to see improvement in their cat-related policy, as it is a shame that so many cats seem stressed and scared (or annoyed).”

“This experience was very disappointing. During my visit, a cat urinated directly on my shoes. I informed the staff immediately, but they only wiped it briefly and did nothing further—no apology, no proper solution, and no compensation. Due to the strong odor, I had to send my shoes for professional cleaning afterward, which resulted in additional expenses. This kind of handling is unacceptable. Moreover, many of the cats appeared unwell and in poor condition, which was quite concerning. I also noticed that some children interacted very roughly with the cats, such as pulling or chasing them excessively, yet the staff did not step in to stop or correct this behavior. This is unsafe for both the animals and other customers. As a cat café, the responsibility goes beyond serving food. Proper environment management, customer service, and most importantly, the health and welfare of the cats should be top priorities. I hope the café takes these issues seriously and makes improvements, as this experience left me feeling disappointed and uneasy.”

“Most of the cats appear to be in poor health. Both nasal discharge and ear skin infections are common among them. I hope they treat cats more responsibly. The staff are friendly. Drinks and snacks are mostly sugar-filled.”

“My second experience visiting a cat caffee in vietnam. The place itself is great, really big if you like a spacious cat cafee, compared to my first experience. They offer free refil food and drink, so you can choose whatever to drink and eat, so many options, I cudnt tey everything, but mostly snacks, so many cats, different type, super clean, and the staff are helpful too. I came there right before the caffee closed, so it seems cats are tired to be touch by human all day long, because they didnt even try to came closer when I was there, hehe.”
