“From the moment you walk in you can smell the Vietnamese coffee and freshly brewed tea. It sets the tone immediately. The cafe is 3 floors. Ground floor is the cafe, 1st floor is a cozy space to sit and enjoy your drink, and the 2nd floor is where all the cats are. You order downstairs, get a buzzer for when your drink is ready, and the staff open the door to the cat floor and sanitise your hands before you go in. That process alone tells you this place genuinely cares about the animals. I ordered the milk tea with egg foam and white pearls and it was so good. Took it upstairs, found a spot, and lost track of time completely. I’d look up and 5 hours had passed. I came back 4 days in a row. The staff are wonderful. They put so much love into the space, always tending to the cats, cleaning their ears and eyes, making sure everything smells fresh. They’re open 7:30am to 11:30pm and no matter what time I visited the care never slipped. The breeds are stunning. Savannahs, British Shorthairs in so many colors, 1 American Curl with those curled ears, a white Oriental, a Maine Coon, so many Munchkins. A few things worth knowing: the Savannah is half wild cat so don’t pull its tail. It also pees in random spots which is just its nature, let the staff know and they’ll sort it immediately. The chunkier cats love a gentle tap on the bum, they can’t always reach back there themselves. Please read the cat body language. If a cat shrugs or grooves their body when you try to pat them, stop. They are not like dogs. They will tell you when they’re done and if you miss that cue don’t be surprised if they react. Let them sniff your hand, be patient, get some treats, and let them come to you. When they do choose you it feels like the most rewarding thing. One thing I really hope they look at is stricter rules around handling the cats, especially with kids. I watched staff gently remind children not to pick them up and I even stepped in myself a few times. The sad part is some parents actually got offended and gave the staff a hard time for it, which is so unfair. They’re just trying to protect the animals. The staff can only do so much when adults won’t back them up. These cats are living creatures not props, and if you’re visiting please be mindful of that and make sure your kids are too. Despite that, the cats here are so worth it. They are loving, beautiful and full of personality when you give them the space to be themselves. Honestly one of the best cat cafes I’ve ever been to. These were my last few days in the city and I spent every one of them here. No regrets.”

“Had a lovely experience. Lots of cats 🐈🐈‍⬛️ they seems to get more and more energetic in the late afternoon and evening so you might want to go a bit later in the day 😻 You can buy the toys and treats at the counter when you order your beverages. There are lots of options for beverages from coffee to fruit teas. We tried the soursoap fruit tea and it also has bubble jelly which was really nice. The staff took good care of the cats. They kept the place clean (you'll hear them hoover the floor). The cats are mostly loving and polite. There were a couple with a bit of a character 😹 Thank you for a wonderful time ✨️”

“This is my favorite coffee shop now, the super cool big space interior is downright luxury. The cats are wonderful, they are all very clean and friendly, you can see they are being looked after, you will have your hands treated at the entrance and you need to take off your shoes - for this respect, there are tables where the cats are on the other two floors, the cats are only on the third. The coffee is very tasty and seemed too sweet to me, but I think next time I'll just ask you not to add sugar. Now he's the only negative, my heart breaks when children come here, parents don't keep track of their children, although it's prescribed at the entrance, on my premises the girl started pulling the cat by the tail, he started screaming, and she continued, I couldn't help but intervene, but after the child went to molest others, and this is not an isolated case we were here for about 4 hours and every time the children appeared, I saw them scaring the cats, I'm really sorry that this is happening. I was surprised that the staff who monitors the seals doesn't do anything about it. Please don't let this happen”

“Not a lot of cats. Very stinky, like urine smell. The cats urinate on floors then scratch the furnitures. We had to tell the cleaning girls to clean up the mess. Should have some odor eliminator fragrance or something. On a positive side this place has lots of climbing apparatus for the cats to play. The cat cafe in Ho Chi Minh City is cleaner, no stench, and abundance of cats. However, less climbing apparatus for cats. You gain some, you lose some. But for the cat cafe in Da Nang, not recommended.”

“This is such a fun place to hang out for a few hours. We got coffees and played with the cats. You can purchase cat treats when you order your coffee and then you can go feed the cats. The staff will spray your hands with sanitizer before you enter the cat room, and you have to remove your shoes as well. There are SO many cats including some "exotic" ones such as a Bengal, and a Maine Coon (though a very small one). Super fun was to spend a few hours.”
