Central Chiangmai Airport

“Came here during our trip to Chiang Mai. More specifically, came here for the food court! Wow! So much variety to choose from, so there is something for everyone. Most things are relatively cheap, so you can always buy 2 if you're really hungry. I'll let the pictures do the talking. 😋👌”

“Central Chiangmai Airport is the largest shopping and entertainment complex in the north of Thailand, accommodating approximately six million visitors a year including Thai and foreign tourists. It embraces Robinson Department Store, seven movie theaters, a multi-purpose convention hall, and a “Northern Village” – local handicraft zone with all-inclusive famous items of the northern region for clients to comfortably shops.”

“Central Chiangmai Airport. The layout reminds me of central one in Bkk. Its a very big supermall. The floors are kinda themed: ground floor: tops and food court. 2nd floor: clinical stuff. 3rd floor: banking,… In general a very nice and well maintained mall. You will find everything you need in there. There is an adidas Store, Nike Factory Outlet with super deals, and many many more. Definitely worth a visit, tho i like Central Festival more, it seems more easy to navigate.”

“A small airport for the domestic flights and busy route between Bangkok and Chiang Mai. The airport is neat and tidy, and the arrival/departure process is fst and efficient.”

“Great mall next to the airport. If you are checking out hotels early and need to waste time until you depart, it's worth a visit. There is a shuttle near the airport that takes you for a minimal charge. Also, the mall has free transportation back to the terminal, just save any receipts from any shop/restaurant from the mall and they will transport you back for free. Mall itself is great, new, again, worth going to if you are near the airport.”
