The mall offers a good selection of shops, and I found the prices to be quite affordable compared to some of the larger shopping centers in the area. One of the highlights of my visit was the food park, which offers a variety of food options at reasonable prices. The food was tasty, and it was a great place to take a break after shopping. Overall, Central Marina Outlet is a convenient and enjoyable place to visit. Whether you are shopping, dining, or simply spending some leisure time, it offers good value for money. “It's fine but pricy. Many factory outlets are available inside line Nike, Adidas, Converse. I'd recommend you to try terminal 21 which is near by and try the street foods available outside the mall which is cheaper.”

It’s a practical hub, not a tourist entertainment destination. The Good: · Big C Extra Hypermarket: The main anchor. Excellent for a massive, one-stop grocery shop, household goods, and electronics. Far larger and better stocked than typical 7-Elevens or local markets. · Useful Specialty Stores: Home to key service-based chains like Mr.D.I.Y. (hardware/home goods), Supersports, B2S (books/stationery), and banks. · Everyday Convenience: Has a food court, coffee shops (Amazon, Starbucks), fast food outlets (KFC, Mister Donut), and a pharmacy. Perfect for topping up on essentials. · Clean & Air-Conditioned: A welcome respite from the heat. Spacious and not overly crowded. The Not-So-Good: · Not a "Destination Mall": It lacks the high-end fashion, major department stores, and entertainment (cinema, bowling) of Central Festival or Terminal 21 Pattaya. · Limited Tourist Appeal: Few souvenir shops or must-see attractions. The atmosphere is functional rather than exciting. · Location: In North Pattaya (Na Jomtien), a bit out of the way if you're based in Central Pattaya or Jomtien. Best reached by car or taxi. Best For: · Expats and long-term stays doing a major weekly grocery run. · Stocking up a vacation rental or villa. · Buying specific items (tools, sporting goods, home appliances) you can't find in small shops. · A quick, cool stop for supplies while in the area. Skip If: You're looking for luxury brands, entertainment, nightlife, or a traditional Thai market experience.”

“Nice shopping outlet with a deco theme to reflect the sea. With Central standards in line, most of the outlets carry quality stuff. Key tenant, Big C, a one stop for all you want to get. We went to MK for our lunch, again, MK quality and standards were observed.”

“I really haven’t been here for many years, I even forgot about until I was curious to look more carefully for new places. Car park was plenty and free which is linked to the main building (from second floor). It was nice, quiet and enjoyable, with a peaceful feel to it. well air-conditioned and beautifully decorated interior. There are many shops and stall offering various products from quick bites to electronic products and cosmetics, etc. Visiting the bank wouldn’t have been faster anywhere else, with zero waiting time. Loved it and loved its simplicity and peacefulness.”
