From arrival to discharge, the service was efficient and professional, with virtually no waiting time and a consistently kind and attentive staff. Several team members spoke excellent English, and when someone did not, they immediately used a translator to ensure clear communication. The medical care was thorough and reassuring, and the staff were very accommodating to our needs throughout our visit. We were also pleasantly surprised to be informed that a government motorbike accident insurance scheme covered our medical costs, which was handled smoothly and transparently. We are grateful for the high standard of care and would confidently recommend this hospital.”
