“I would like to compliment the amazing team at Colony for always delivering such a wonderful dining experience. The food, atmosphere, and service are consistently outstanding, which is why my family and I keep returning time after time. Their Sunday Brunch was superb — the quality and variety of food never disappoint. Although the price may be on the steeper side, it is truly worth every penny if you appreciate quality dining and beautifully prepared food. A special commendation to Chef Nicholas, Chef Yong Wei, and their entire culinary team. The chefs are not only incredibly dedicated and passionate about what they do, but they are also always smiling and welcoming towards guests. It makes such a difference because not every buffet restaurant gives you that warm and inviting feeling. One of my favourite highlights is definitely the Asian food section — the wok hey fragrance is amazing and something you rarely find at buffet restaurants nowadays. Super flavourful and absolutely delicious! I would also like to praise service staff like Raj, Tessa, and their wonderful team for always being so warm, attentive, and welcoming to every guest. My family and I always leave Colony with a happy belly and big smiles. Highly recommended if you haven’t tried it yet!”

Colony at The Ritz-Carlton delivers what is arguably the finest buffet experience in Singapore, combining exceptional food quality with impeccable service befitting the Ritz brand. We had long wanted to dine here, and it exceeded every expectation. The seafood spread was remarkable — plump prawns, snow crab legs, oysters, and mussels displayed pristinely on ice, with chefs shucking fresh to order. The laksa from the noodle station had a rich, fragrant broth, and the colourful dim sum was delicate and flavourful. Local kueh presented in Peranakan tiffin carriers added a thoughtful heritage touch. The dessert showcase alone warrants a visit, with macarons, rainbow cake, and tarts displayed beautifully. Throughout our meal, service was attentive without being intrusive — plates cleared promptly, offer of great coffee and tea. The soaring glass atrium with its floral centrepiece creates a genuinely elegant atmosphere. Price sits at the premium end, but the quality justifies every dollar. Reservations essential. Highly recommended for special occasions or hosting overseas guests. PS: The Mango Lassi was SUPERB!”

“This buffet is truly impressive, possibly the best I’ve ever had! The food is fresh, and the live station is impressive, with friendly and professional staff. Since I made an online reservation and mentioned it was for a birthday, they even surprised us with a complimentary small birthday cake! I was genuinely impressed with the service. The diverse selection of cuisines is also impressive, catering to families and different age groups. However, I felt some of the flavours could be improved, though they’re still acceptable. Overall, I’ll definitely return if I’m looking for a high-end buffet!”

“All the food were excellent I enjoyed it. Seafood to Indian to Japanese and local. But there’s one section which is the Western from pasta to lobster 🦞 should and could be better. The lobster should have a fresh one like just boil there’s no need to put that weird tasting sauce. But overall it’s good. I hope there will be some improvement will be back in the 18th July.”
