“[Update Mar 08] Soon after Google review, Cutis emailed and WhatsApped - agreed to a partial refund and mentioned of the Google Review. They made a partial refund on Mar 06. Not the best customer experience recovery, but I adjusted my review from 2 to 3 stars to be fair (not great doesn't mean below average). The experience is over, albeit the after-taste isn't. Glad to move on. --- Was drawn to Cutis due to its stellar Google reviews, quick and professional email reply, and positive ChatGPT feedback. The doctor was great, but my other experience has been very different... Perhaps I'm just a small customer of $2k - 3k, (i) there is no written guidance on after treatment care, despite having asked for it, just quick verbal instruction with confusing product names said on the fly; (ii) upon WhatsApp follow up, I was guided to use product names that were not prescribed to me; (iii) finally after sending 1 email & 1 WhatsApp, followed by another WhatsApp, I received no reply after 3 working days and counting. At this juncture, I find it hard to trust Cutis, simply want to get my money back and may need to complain to Ministry of Health for a reply. PS: Nope, I don't know if the treatment works, as I have only done 2 Pico laser sessions. This is a lesser point, because I know it takes time.”
