“I have been to Dr Paul a few times and I was pleased each time. He always took time to answer all my questions. I experienced minimal pain and was happy with results. I appreciate the price transparency, with all products and differences between them clearly laid out without confusion. His initial consult does not have a costly fee with pressure to purchase unlike other clinics which I also appreciated.”

“I went there for facial. Staff started steam machine on my face and went. After 20 minutes I called they didn’t heard then I went to reception and then they came. It was like nothing just zero effect. May be Doctor is good but I am telling my experience. BIG NO for next time.”

“This was nothing like the pleasant experience described in the reviews or the one I had hoped for. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out any necessary paperwork. However, I was seen 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. During the wait, a staff member told me the doctor would see me in five minutes. Ten minutes later, I asked again, and the answer was still — “in five minutes” :) No one offered me tea or water during the wait, which is usually standard in other clinics, where receptionists are more attentive and make clients feel welcome. The doctor came out and began the consultation right at the reception desk. It was extremely inconvenient to talk in front of other patients and staff, and the loud noise from the street made it hard to hear or be heard. There was absolutely no sense of privacy. After that I was asked about payment, even though I had come just for a consultation. I can only hope they wouldn’t have pulled a syringe out from under the desk and started the procedure right there, haha. Maybe the staff were just tired (even though I was only offered an evening slot), and this isn’t how things usually go. In any case I don’t want to leave the lowest possible rating. I didn’t go through with the procedure, so I can’t fully judge it’s quality, but I’ve decided to look for another clinic. I just hope the staff and management take this feedback seriously and work on improving the service.”

“Dr. Paul’s clinic is very efficient and professional. He was able to give advice and quotation without any pressure. Staff are very nice and clinic is very clean. All procedures were carried out in a sterile and hygienic way. Dr. Paul is gentle and explains everything. My Botox was done same evening and I am very impressed. I would highly recommend this clinic with confidence.”
