Located on the first floor of Valentine Hotel, this place is BUSY for a reason. Appointments are highly recommended. I actually ended up going after a friend was getting work done — and I’m glad I did. I went in to update my Phoenix tattoo. 3.5 hours of work. $200 CAD. Worth. Every. Dollar. Rachael and her team were incredibly welcoming from the second I walked in. No rushing, no shortcuts, the attention to detail was serious. You can tell they care about the art and the reputation of the shop. The studio is super clean, professional, and well-lit. Big front windows overlooking the street keep you entertained while you’re getting inked, prime people watching in the craziest part of Saigon. Honestly made the time fly by. I chose to use numbing cream — didn’t even feel it. Sat back, relaxed, and let the pros handle it. What impressed me even more? I went during Chinese New Year (Year of the Flaming Horse vibe in the air), when tons of businesses were closed and people take a week or more off to be with family. And they were still busy. That tells you everything. Got greeted back into the shop after an hour outside with a couple brews and a vodka shot. Vibes immaculate. Professional. Clean. Detail oriented. Fair pricing. International level quality in the heart of Saigon. If you're traveling and want a tattoo memory from Vietnam, or you’re local and want serious work done, this is it. Absolutely recommend. “I requested a 3D tiny tattoo, and while the initial result leaned more 2D, they were open to feedback and fixed it for me. I really appreciated that they were able to keep the tattoo small, even though I wish it had maintained more realism and depth in the final result. They ended up just doing the same design I showed them! Pricing was very reasonable, and I would consider going back again. The studio seems to operate on a walk-in basis and works quite quickly.
