“Excellent gym! You can tell the owner truly loves the place — nothing is missing. The hammers are a dream, all types of barbells are available, and it’s a pleasure to train here. Only the ellipticals squeak a bit. Entry is 350 baht for a single visit. I’ve been to much worse gyms on the island at the same price. The staff at the entrance is very pleasant, and the people training here are among the most attractive I’ve seen anywhere in the world”

“Solid gym with everything you need to get a good workout in. The equipment selection is great and there’s even a nice separate room for stretching, yoga, or mobility work, which I really appreciated. Overall, it’s a good space to train and easy to get a full session in. The only downside is that the drop-in rate is quite overpriced for what you get.”

“Paid about 350thb for a day pass. Little bit on the pricey end but they also offer a locker and towel for a 100tbh deposit which you get back, and was super handy for storing your stuff. Good range of equipment, from pin loaded, plated loaded, cables and dumbbells. Some sections of the gym lack a bit of lighting. But overall good space to workout in and we would recommend it.”

“Excellent fitness studio with a great range of gym equipment, free weights area, plenty of machines - most of them are grouped on the gym floor per body part which helps a bit! One day pass is at 350baht, you also need to give them 100baht deposit for the gym towel and locker key (you get it back as you return both items after your training to the reception staff).”
