EN Gelato

“Quite disappointed with this. First time we walked there, it was closed during their open hours with no sign saying when someone would return. Fine, we went to the Japanese market next door instead. A few days later, we decided to order off grab - tasted heavily of freezer burn. The matcha ice cream had a bitter aftertaste and the cheesecake tasted like overly sweet cream cheese. The brownie flavour was a saving grace (tasted good) but it still tasted of freezer burn. I wouldn’t say this is a 4.9 at all.”

“I’m very disappointed with my experience at EN Gelato. I walked a long distance specifically to come here, but when I arrived, the shop was on break time. I waited about 30 minutes, and it still didn’t open, with no clear information or update on when service would resume. It was frustrating and a complete waste of my time. If you have fixed break hours, please state them clearly and reopen on time. Customers make the effort to come all the way here, and this level of uncertainty and lack of reliability is very disappointing.”

“Located outside donki Mall thonglor Gelato flavors were unique, the whole gelato was an experience too since you have an option to wrap it with mochi! I got a Thai pumpkin flavored gelato it was really good, however if you're getting it wrapped with mochi, I suggest you get it in a cup”
