“The menu offers these weird tapas that not at all different from one another, but costs quite a bit. Good wine selection. The ambience is moody and just trying too hard to have a character. Service is absent minded.”

“We came on a Thursday. First off, brunch starts from 8am-1pm. The menu shows it ends at 4 pm. They made the change but never updated the menu. The dinner menu doesn't start until 5 pm. We had no idea and arrived at 3 pm we could only order drinks. We got drinks and left to eat elsewhere. Drinks were good. I had their matcha ice blended. Service was a bit slow and I wish they told us about the food menu time changes.”

“Updated!!!! I don’t understand how this restaurant has such a high rating. I ordered a steak — half of it was cartilage, which should never be present in a proper cut of meat. The meat itself was bland. The fries were clearly frozen and then reheated — there were lumps inside. They brought the starter after the main course. When I mentioned that starters are usually served first, the waiter apologized and said it was a welcome gift. I asked if it would be included in the bill, and he said no — but it was. When I brought it up, he denied what he said and offered a free dessert instead. I declined — after this experience, I didn’t want to try anything else. Another waitress didn’t even know the menu. I might have overlooked the poor service if the food had been decent, but unfortunately, it was even worse. Not recommended. What “smoking welcome dish” are you talking about? If you actually reviewed the footage, you’d have seen that no such dish was ever brought to our table. And by definition, a welcome dish should be served before the main course — not after. Your waiter served the asparagus (listed as a starter on your menu) after I had already finished my steak. When I pointed this out, he apologized and suddenly claimed it was a “welcome gift” and said it wouldn’t be included in the bill — but it was. When I brought this up again, another staff member came over, whispered with the waiter, and offered me a free dessert — which I declined. Why would I want a dessert when you just served me a starter as a dessert? Also, I never questioned whether the steak was fresh. I said that a ribeye steak should not contain two layers of cartilage — that’s a matter of quality, not freshness. Please address the actual points instead of offering vague justifications.”
