“I‘ve been here for the second time. I can tell you that the coffee tastes very good. The price is also good. It is a shop that hidden in the Chiang mai culture centre. Good coffee and it’s worth to try even if you aren’t drinking coffee. There are many types of beans to choose. The staff can recommend each menu well. Both talkative, smiling, many seats, both inside and outside.”

“Nice coffee shop in a nice building/museum. They had lots of beans to choose, we picked affogato & cold brew. To be honest, that's best affogato i tried in my life, seriously. It had coconut ice cream with coffee, and something fun on top (i guess it's made from sugarcane or something like that). Perfect in a hot summer day. Very calm & chill atmosphere that we still remember till now.”

“Cafe culture is in its infancy in Thailand. However, this place demonstrates that the Thais are getting there. After touring, the Gallery, you exit by the cafe and as soon as I entered, I knew this place wasn't going to disappoint. I could see that the barista who was preparing to make drip coffee learned his technique properly when he carefully trimmed and foldted the filter to its proper size. I asked to see the beans and was told that the beans were locally sourced and washed and roasted by the Cafe. While I asked for robust beans, the Cafe owner said that she didn't have robust but favored medium roast and that I should try it. I did, and while the medium roast was flavorful and you could taste the hint of hazelnut, I still would have preferred a more robust bean. Overall, this place is for serious coffee afficionados. I think that if the Cafe wants to please more serious coffee drinkers, it must add a robust bean selection. I was happy and pleased that I found this place and I recommend that if you are in Chiang Mai and want to learn about the City and afterwards be rewarded with a good cup of coffee, stop by!”
