Malyn, the staff who accommodated us, was very hands on with our concerns and very patient in answering my questions (and i had many!). The itinerary was good, it was very sulit! My grandparents did not spend for anything aside their personal expenses like shopping. Even their food was included in their all-in trip. The hotel they book for us was clean, huge, and accessible. The tour guide was also top-notch! Overall we love the experience and we are looking forward to book again with them.”
