“Paid 900k for haircut, olaplex wash and keratin spray. So disappointed with the results. The cut was no where near the reference I showed the stylist. The hair wash was mid, the water kept spraying onto my face and I would say it wasn’t the most pleasant. During the hair cut, I had to ask him multiple times to trim my bangs as it was covering half of my face. Zero volume and looks almost the same as when I came in. The treatment didn’t not make my hair feel softer. Even using a hair mask at home had more results than this. The stylist wasn’t very friendly and felt like he didn’t care. After cutting, he just went straight to straightening my hair and styling without letting me check the cut. After straightening my hair to be so flat, I requested for the cut to have more volume and showed him the reference image multiple times. He then rinsed my hair again with water and just blow dry my hair without any change. During payment I raised my concerns to lady at the front desk, she just gave a bunch of excuses and never once apologised. For sure would not come back.”

Leony was absolutely amazing, she completely exceeded my expectations! The results are beyond what I imagined, and I feel so confident and happy with my new look. “Okay, don't come to this place if your are going to bleach your roots fr the entire hair. They made my hair with 2 different tones, and the hairdresser said that it's because my hair is thick? Then she is not a professional. PLZ go somewhere else to bleach your roots!!!! (Additionally, my hair got stiffer even when she was only bleaching my roots, what kind of technique is that?) 🙄🙄🙄 Added my photo as they said, I don't have the evidence. My body part of my hair is white and the root is yellow... like what kind of bleach is this? Currently I have 3 different colors - the black, the yellow and the white🙄”
