“We had a beautiful first omakase lunch at Hakkoku. All fish was exceptionally fresh and thoughtfully sourced — we were impressed that some selections were local yet of such remarkable quality! It was just the three of us at the counter, creating an intimate setting and a lovely chef–guest interaction with Chef Diah. We were especially lucky to have uni and anago that day — such a big win and truly a highlight ✨️🙏 For those seeking more ambience, dinner would be the perfect next visit, perhaps paired with a sunset drink at The Sayan House.
