“Gave it 2 stars because I like the colour of my hair. But the cut is awful. I asked for a trim of my ends, nothing more. I’ve straightened my hair this morning to discover I’ve been given ‘choppy’ layers. Not best pleased considering the price I payed. Now my hair is short and cut terribly, not even blended”

“I’m currently travelling in Hanoi and came across HALI HAIR SALON through lots of online recommendations, so I decided to get a fresh haircut to lift my mood. I arrived at around 11 this morning and it was already packed. Since I didn’t have a booking, the receptionist very kindly asked me to come back at 4pm. When I returned in the afternoon, it was still full of people, their business is clearly booming! Today my haircut was done by Minh. I showed him a photo of the bob hairstyle I wanted, and after a quick discussion he gave me a result that I absolutely love. I’m genuinely so happy with it! “These boys are MAGIC at what they do. I couldn’t fully see the final result in the lighting at the store- but when I got home, I realized it was exactly what I wanted. I hope they didn’t think that I was unsatisfied because I’m extremely happy with my hair My hair took a really long time and they even stayed past closing hours to help me with my hair - which really meant a lot to me because I understood it took a little bit longer than intended to, but they wanted to make sure that my hair was good at the end. Everyone who works here really takes the time to make sure that you’re okay in the process- I’ve never had a hair experience like this in my life you have People working on your hair at a time most of the time. The precision and attention to details is absolutely insanely amazing and nothing that I experienced back home in America. They’re also kind and accommodating, and if I’m ever back in the area, I will definitely come to them. I highly recommend adding the keratin treatment if you dye your hair here because it is very beneficial and my hair is extremely healthy after a lot of bleaching. I’m so happy I decided to come here impulsively and get my hair done. Also, I think they are some of the best haircutting artists. Not only did they cut my hair perfect - but I was watching them cut everyone else’s hair and it was perfect every single time with the styling”
