“It starts around 6pm after the street becomes a pedestrian zone. I just arrived there just 6pm, but i recommend to visit after 7pm since they finish to setup the shop and are ready to sell. As I walked through it, the same categorized shop (T-shrt, sports wear, toy, souvenir...etc) has almost the same items. So i could not find so interesting line-up there. But its atmosphere is very local and vigorous. I liked that. So if you want to feel such a local mood, you should visit it once.”
