“This agency went beyond the call. Best service in town, most certainly. We had booked the Ha Long Bay single day excursion for the next day. Unfortunately got violent food poisoning. We wanted to postpone one day. However the tour operator said that he could not do that and that our payment was non refundable. This is were a good service company comes in. Mr Tung made things happen. And for a small fee that covered the upgrade to our previously trip, we were able to enjoy ourselves the next day. Again. We went on a Hanoi City Tour, Ninh Binh, visited a incense factory, and visited a traditional Viet hat making where we had hands on painting a Viet hat and how the hat is made. The English speaking tour guide Frankie was very good and explained the history and insights of the places we visited.”
