“I recommend Ice Queen ice cream. They have a wide variety of ice cream flavors. We can try them at the display first. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The ice cream is delicious and the price is reasonable.”

“The ice cream is okay, but nothing special. It tastes like standard industrial ice cream that you could also find in a supermarket. Calling it “Artisan Ice Cream” feels misleading, as it doesn’t seem to be handcrafted or small-batch. The name sets higher expectations than what you actually get. Prices are quite high, although the shop is in a prime location with a large setup and several staff members, which probably explains the pricing. Overall decent, but in my opinion slightly overrated. The employees are all kind”

“I was very excited to come in after a long day of work to enjoy an ice cream. Made an order and chose which flavor ice cream I wanted; 1. Ferror Rocher 2. Lemon Meringue 3. Blueberry Yoghurt. You would expect when ordering in order from 1-3 that your first choice would be the most preferred or even there at all. To my misfortune, the one I wanted the most (Ferror Rocher) was so small I couldn't even get a taste for it. I can understand and speak Thai then heard the staff gossip about how they know they messed up my order but didn't seem to care to fix it. Heard another guest ask for the WiFi password and they treated to ignore him and we're very unhelpful.”
