“This was first time experiencing an omakase restaurant, I had quite high expectations and Ishidaya did not disappoint. The counter seating is spacious and comfortable whilst the staff were very professonal and explained the dishes and origin of the ingredients in detail. We opted for their signature course which comprised of 11 courses. Highlights were the beef tongue, tuna sashimi, yuan-grilled sawara and wagyu hotpot. The quality of the ingredients was clear to see and the menu demonstrated the chefs creativity. Overall, a delighful dining experience.”

“Words cannot describe how fantastic this place is! From the food, to the atmosphere, to the staff. Everything was phenomenal. My husband and I spent our last day in Vietnam here for our final meal before we left back to the States. We will both be dreaming of the delicious food we had here for years to come, and wish it wasn't half way across the world. It was the perfect way to end our honeymoon vacation.
