Japanese hair salon - melco HairDesign BKK1 Phnom Penh

“I paid for a hair straightening service with a Japanese stylist, but half of the procedure was done by a Khmer stylist. I paid almost $200 and they also offered to me a treatment that would help the effect on my hair last longer, and they simply coated my hair with coconut oil. This treatment costs about $30. The first photo shows my hair immediately after the treatment straightening ; the second photo shows my hair two days after washing my hair. My hair has smelled like formaldehyde for three days now, even though they originally advertised coconut straightening as formaldehyde-free. At the beginning of the treatment, I was asked to fill out a questionnaire. I indicated that I don't dye my hair and have never straightened it before. My last hair coloring was over 15 years ago, but they convinced me I dyed my hair because my roots supposedly differed from my hair color. Then they told me I needed to trim the ends, even though I had trimmed them two weeks before the treatment. That's why I refused. I dried my hair with a hairdryer after washing it and used sulfate-free shampoo, but my hair didn't become straight. It was just dry and sticking out in all directions, just like it was before the procedure. I want to say that they have good marketing, but the quality of work is at inflated prices that do not meet expectations. For this money, I expected to receive appropriate service”
