“The staff here is pretty nice and the meat is nice. It takes alot of time on receiving the food and the service is very bad. I ordered one of their menu on the ala carte and it takes almost 1 hour. Some employee is even playing near their break time while we were waiting for them to change the plate. The place itself is bad, their toilet is dirty. If you are just searching for the food itself you can go here but not the service.”

“Absolutely do not come here. This place set a new low for KBBQ. The meat quality was poor - but that wasn’t even the worst part. The staff clearly do not understand what KBBQ is. Who cuts off the squid heads (the best part) and leaves the gunk inside? That alone was shocking. They use charcoal for the grill but have no idea how to control the fire - everything burned the second it touched the grill. I had to call staff over just to remove some of the charcoal so we could cook properly. To make things worse, grease was dripping from the vent. There was an older Korean couple sitting next to us. I already felt bad about our experience, but theirs was probably worse - the staff tried to wipe grease off the vent and ended up spilling it all over the couple’s meat while it was on the grill. All I hear was the lady yelling “ANDAEYO” to tell the staff to stop. Absolutely avoid this place and save your stomach and money- this was the most expensive meal I ate in Vietnam and by far the worst. Maybe Vietnam just doesn’t understand KBBQ - but this was unacceptable.”

“That night at the restaurant, there was a skinny staff member with slightly crooked teeth who provided poor service. After I placed my order, I realized that, half an hour later, my food hadn’t arrived at all. When I tried to get his attention, he pretended not to see me and walked right by. As it got closer to nine o'clock and the restaurant began to clean up, he not only failed to help his colleagues but also wandered around the restaurant, chatting and joking, which completely ruined the dining atmosphere. In contrast, a shorter waitress with a headband was very pleasant. The food at the restaurant was good, but my experience was far from enjoyable.”

“Not recommend this place for anyone. The beef is not fresh, seafood not fresh, baby squids dirty, they did not remove the organ away from the Squid belly, the black color appeared on the pan and too tiny squids. Too long to wait for them bring the dish to be on the table. 540k each is not much cost for us , but honestly not cost value to spend for here. Bad experience. All frozen foods.”

“This place is amazinck! My hooman took me to eat eat eat and I ate ate ate. Wonderful portions! He paid 349000 động but I paid no động, I ate for free. They don’t charge meerkats. 😲 It’s truly wonderful! Great promo, love it! And they all such good sports. We laughed and ate. 😹 Ate a lot because you can eat a looooot.
