“UPDATE: the day after the incident, the management contacted me and apologized several times on behalf of the staff. They also offered compensation. So I recommend the bar and the cocktails, because they were really delicious. Special thanks for the way the complaint was handled. ————————- 1 day before: The advertised Happy Hour is a scam! The employees don't speak English. We went in because we saw the announcement on Instagram that there was a pay one get two deal between 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM. Upon arrival, I immediately asked about the Happy Hour deal, the lady immediately forgot her English and answered something completely different. We ordered the first round and a young guy who knew English came. I asked him about the deal too. He was cooperative and said he would help us communicate. Then we ordered the second round. The cocktails were nicely prepared and very delicious. Then we wanted to leave and went to the cashier to pay. Of course, all 4 cocktails were listed on the bill. I immediately reported the problem. Suddenly, all the employees forgot English again. I showed them the Instagram story from that day about the Happy Hour deal. They acted like they had never worked in a cocktail bar before. After I insisted, they somehow deducted a random amount from the total (about 960,000 VND), so the bill ended up being 878,000 VND. It turned out that only cash payment was possible, not credit card. Since the situation was unpleasant, I paid in cash. I wanted to ask for the block at the end, which of course the lady didn't give me. Unfortunately, this was not a fair attitude, so we quickly left the place and were very disappointed.”

“I think is a must-go if you are interested in cocktail culture of Vietnamese. Bartenders can speak conversational English and they are friendly. I asked them for recommendations of their signatures and it tasted really good. I am really surprised the bar is so clean that they even have an inspector to check if any garbage was left on the ground. Important note: tables are limited and cannot fit a large group of customers. If you have a large group of friends with you then this bar might not be suitable for you.”
