“I do not recommend to people/grooms to purchase from this store. The services provided here do not adhere to the price point charged and if I wasn't lucky to have a wedding at a place with dry cleaner available, I would have to marry in a dirty suit with some sewing issues. During the fittings, there have been multiple occassions when part of the changes agreed on the previous fittings were not executed or executed with delay after multiple reminders. I had to push myself to have a second or third fitting with the store trying to send the suit over every time without me coming and trying it on before taking over and making payment. Unfortunately after the third fitting I had to agree to this due to time constraints. I did not have the opportunity to check my suit I was sent by the store before flying over to Phu Quoc for my destination wedding. The day before the wedding I unpacked the suit, excited to see the final product. You can see on the photos below taken immediately after unpacking and sent to the store that the suit was dirty and with quality deficiencies. On top, during previous 2 fittings I was talking to the store that I decided to not have the pockets in the front suit. The shop somehow sealed these but this created an impression which looked like it needs ironing (you can see on the photo below). I was assured by the store that they will iron before sending over to me the suit. Luckily, the great Intercontinental hotel managed to dry clean the suit 12 hours before my wedding day. In case I didn't have any dry cleaning available, I would be screwed. Following the dry cleaning, there was no change on the front pockets, because this is a sewing issue, not just crumbles. There are also inconsistencies in the vest edges sewing from the back that I was assured during a fitting is just an ironing issue. The store offered to pay for a dry cleaning bill which I in the stress and hassle didn't take and to discuss another compensation with the store managed by the end of the week after wedding. It is the end of the 2nd week after wedding now and all I hear is that I have to send a dry cleaning bill, that the departments are internally clarifying whose issue it is or that the issue has been escalated to the owner without any result or compensation towards me as a customer, like this internal stuff of theirs somehow mattered to me. No compensation is worth the stress this created for me before my wedding day but at least the shop could have shown effort, self reflection and proactive customer service. Hence why warning others to spare your money and energy and go elsewhere for a better quality. PS: The store might say that I have first asked for 500k because I don't even remember how much I paid for it in Intercontinental but it wasn't cheap. I as well refuse to spend my energy to go through all the bills and emails we have from the wedding. My wife then reminded me she remembers it was 700k so I asked the store for that. The main point why is not about getting another 200k, its little money to me - it's about the principle.”
