I actually made my reservation about 3 months in advance, and the whole booking process was so easy and smooth—they were very responsive and helpful the entire time. When I arrived, the team took the time to really understand the purple hair color I wanted. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt confident before starting, which I really appreciated. The service itself went beyond my expectations. They provided food and drinks, the massage chair was incredibly relaxing, and every step felt thoughtful and well taken care of. What stood out the most was how careful they were with my hair—they truly prioritize hair health, even during a bleach process. Khun Arm, the owner, personally made sure everything was perfect and that I walked out feeling confident and happy with my hair. The result turned out even better than I imagined. I honestly can’t recommend this salon enough. If you’re looking to experience a different level of salon service in Chiang Mai, this is the place to go. I would absolutely come back again.”

“5-star from start to finish despite language barrier, the staffs were all warm, welcoming and helpful . Walked in without appointment for manicure & pedicure. Comfortable chair throughout manicure and pedicure, Peung the nail technician was very thorough, detailed and sweet. I had a pleasant foot spa, they use loccitane products. Water and snacks served. Highly recommend you to come to do any nail or hair treatments. Price is slightly high but overall facility is clean, bright and modern. Located right behind Plaza 89 , Plenty of parking outside.”
