“Located on the top floor of the Mai House Saigon Hotel, this is one of those rooftop spots that feels calm. It’s spacious, the views are great, and thankfully, it trades the "clubby" noise for a more relaxed vibe. We arrived right at opening for weekend sunset drinks. The host was quick to greet us, and our waiter was on point, immediately highlighting the Happy Hour specials. We went for a mix of the main menu cocktails (Mai Poison, Mai’s Relate, and Golden Light) and some Happy Hour wines, along with a cheese and cold cuts platter. The bar team here knows their way around a shaker. The cocktails were well-balanced and coherent (the Mai Poison was the standout) and they avoided the "too sweet" trap. While the main menu sits at a premium, the quality of the pours and the ingredient integrity make the price-to-quality ratio fair. The cheese and cold cuts were well sourced, varied and served at the right temperature. That being said, the bread was a basic baguette (a nice sourdough would have been the better choice), and the lack of any condiments like butter or mustard made it hard to build a complete bite. We were also served two types of complimentary canapés (house-cured salmon and scallop mousse), both were technically solid and refined. Service is where the experience felt a bit mixed. Our waiter was friendly and professional throughout the evening, but the pacing was off. The canapés, which should have been our first bite, didn't arrive until our final drink, well after the charcuterie board was finished. On a couple of occasions I could see our drinks sitting at the bar pass for a couple of minutes, waiting to be run, suggesting they might have been understaffed. Even the bill took a while to track down. Worth a repeat? I'd still say absolutely! The hiccups in service did not overshadow the experience. The quality of what’s in the glass and on the plate, combined with staff that genuinely cares and the relaxed vibe makes this a top choice.”

“A great place to chill on the weekend. Delicious drinks, spacious and airy atmosphere, enthusiastic staff, and tasty cocktails. The view offers a panoramic city view, especially for watching fireworks. The DJ plays great and catchy music.”

“This is a fabulous rooftop cocktail bar and is well worth a visit. The cocktails were very high quality and the service impeccable. The place is chic and cool, and the location is stunning. They serve bar snack type food but we didn't try any as had dinner booked for later.”
