Manpuku BBQ Buffet

“Parking is available right outside, but on a busy road. The very enthusiastic staffs are there to help you out with the parking. Might be challenge during peak hours though. They have no private rooms, so that's something to take note. The place is well ventilated even though it has very low ceilings at some areas. They have some ready made food counters, with a variety of foods and desserts. Buffet has different tiers, with different foods available. Has beer and rum sour free flow at higher tiers. Premium cuts like US and Aussie beers are available, though not wagyu, as it should be at this price point. Meats are of good quality. The charcoal grill is very good and effective. They regularly change the grill plates, and their suction system is very good. U almost don't feel n smell any smoke. The salmon sashimi is okay at times, and quite frozen at others. If u r not gonna like salmon, then choose the lower tire, makes more financial sense. Still, whatever is worth it regardless of what u choose. Tables can be a bit close to eachother, but not cramped and u still can enjoy without interference. The allowed time is 2 hrs though, so u might want to keep an eye on the time, but 2hr for me is enough to fill my stomach to brim, but sometimes it's not about food and u just want to sit down and enjoy food and drinks with a conversation, then u may b pressed for time. But then, this isn't suitable for that kind of occasion, so... I will return, in fact I've done it twice already. Keep up the good work team.”

“There are a few options to choose from (normal, silver and gold) but we chose Gold package as it has unlimited/free flow of beer 🍺 (Tiger) and excellent meat 🥩 quality (Australian, USA beef, etc). Service has tremendously improved compared to last time as it now has so many competitors/BBQ restaurants on the same road … Hope they still maintain this standard … Eating time is 2hrs but it’s usually enough unless you spend so much time chatting away … Make sure you book in advance on weekends as the place is fully packed …”

“One of the famous BBQ Buff restaurants in Yangon. There are 3 types of Buff Package and the Gold Package includes Salamon Sashimi, each of which costs more than 40,000, so I think it's not worth it for those who only eat BBQ. The shop is big and clean. The quality of meat and seafood are very good and fresh, there are many side dishes and taste is very good. Meat is grilled in a charcoal oven, so it cooks quickly and tastes great. You can drink beer Free flow. It was only 1:30, so there wasn't enough time to eat. Extra time is 30 minutes per person and 5000 kyats.”

“Excellent rating of their various kinds of meat grilled. Waiters are good & special customer care. Very nice traditional dessert & ice cream. Cola & juices & water are not provided for free. Coke 1can will be cost 1500kyats & 1Liter water will be cost 500kyats. There are many tables in this area, so we don't need to worry for reservations. But reservations will be need on festival days. Toilet is clean. Good! For the bad, When electricity goes out, the generator can't start within seconds. At that time, dark smoke from grilled fluents within seconds. I don't like it so much.”
