MEN LABO - Japanese Ramen -

“I was craving some ramen to cure my hangover and this place did not disappoint. I ordered shio ramen and gyoza. The gyoza was cooked perfectly. Nice crispy flat side and moist chewy top side. The ramen was served with thinly sliced pork, which looked pink, I was unsure if it was cured or it needed to be cooked ala Shabu shabu, so I dipped the pork in the broth and it turned white. It tasted like ham TBH. The broth was delicious and it was my first time eating ren with diced purple onions. I added some chili powder they had on hand and the ramen hit the spot. I wouldn’t call this traditional Japanese ramen due to the purple onion, but it was still good. I’d come back again”

“Good karaage. Toripaitan ramen tasted very sour. Chahan was meh. This type of rice is not a good choice for fried rice. Reasonable price”

“Hidden away in Tree Town, Pattaya is a ramen shop. Despite its prime location, it's unfortunate that it closes at 11:30 PM, which is too early for those wanting ramen as a late-night meal. The soup is clear and light, creamy chicken broth, and you can choose between salt and soy sauce.”

“I had the soyu ramen set with gyoza. Tasty broth, the ramen was thin with good texture. The egg was soft and creamy inside. Gyoza fillings were meat and not cabbage. Soft on top and crunchy on the bottom. I will definitely come back again.”
