Doctors and staff are very nice and friendly. They speak good English so communication is not a problem. Friends and family comes to this clinic whenever needed. The place is very clean and kid friendly. They have fair prices too.”

“Worst dental experience I’ve ever seen. We came in because my girlfriend was in severe pain for two days, shaking and barely able to stand. The clinic told us to “come now, we’ll take care of it.” So we trusted them. Instead? 1 hour of waiting before anyone even looked at her. Then an X-ray. Then another 1.5 hours of doing absolutely nothing while she’s sitting there in agony. After all that, they casually say: “We can pull the tooth now, but if you want to treat it, it’s 15,000 THB and you need to come back another day.” So basically: waste time, waste money, suffer more. The staff spent more time on their phones than actually helping patients. When we asked for names or the owner’s info to report what happened, they suddenly got rude and refused to give anything. If this is “professional dental care,” then good luck. Zero compassion, zero urgency, zero responsibility. Stay far away.”

My spouse came to this clinic for teeth whitening on March 5th and March 8th, later he developed some mild coughing, on April 16th he passed away from heart attack at age 55. The autopsy reports showed his heart attack was caused by infective endocarditis which normally got from surgery or dental work. He did not have any other surgery than this dental work, he was very healthy. Specialists said it was very unfortunate and rare. I just hope people be aware of this infection and be careful.”
