Motel Mexicola

“My boyfriend and I visited Motel Mexicola last week whilst we were on holiday in Seminyak, Bali. We came for lunch as we fancied Mexican food as it’s generally quite refreshing whilst also being tasty. We also knew that Motel Mexicola provided gluten free options, which is great as I’m gluten intolerant and the staff were really helpful and reassuring with that. We were so impressed with the food, it did exactly what we needed, made us feel so refreshed. The chips and guac were beautiful and light, the calamari was amazing and it was so great that I was able to eat it as it can be quite rare find it gluten free. My boyfriend got a couple of tacos and I got a couple of tostadas which were amazing portions and delicious too. I wish we had enough time to do a second trip to this place as it was a great experience all round :)”

“Hands down the best Mexican food I have ever had! Worth traveling from wherever in the island you are staying to try this food. The vibes are also great, staff are super friendly and helpful (one of the Australian guys helped us decipher the menu 😂). Food and drinks also came out super fast even though the restaurant was packed. 10/10 recommended trying this place, you wont be disappointed!”

“This place was fantastic, such a great atmosphere with the music and dancing. The service and food were both excellent, there were too many good options so we ended up having a sample of a few options. The staff was all fantastic at keeping the amazing vibe and Wandi our server was always great at making sure food was brought out quickly and empty plates were cleared so we could get the next round of awesome tacos. This will be the place I recommend to anyone I know who will be in the area! Best tres leches cake I've ever had, it was so good I polished it off before getting a picture”

“We had a great time with an old hits and the place was absolutely full. Staff makes sure no one gets bored and if I ever visit canggu again, that will be one of my first places to go. I am not a party person, but like to dance to a good music and that was it! Cool place guys!. Taking back 2 stars as drinks were pretty pricey and absolutely no alcohol inside! 🤭”

“First time we came at night and loved the club, this time we came for the food and a quick drink. Service is always great, staff are super welcoming. Drinks are consistently good and the piña colada was 10/10 ✨ Food was solid overall, but the veggie empanadas were a miss. Completely tasteless :( Some veggie/vegan options. Veggie taco was a highlight! Outdoor area is dog friendly 🐾”
