“Had such a great experience with Ngoc and Hung at Nam Hoang Ben Hair Salon in Ho Chi Minh 🤍 I had my hair coloured and requested a more natural-looking shade, plus a hair treatment, and I’m honestly so happy with the result. They were very attentive to exactly what I wanted to achieve and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. The staff were all so kind, professional, and provided excellent customer service. Since the appointment took a few hours, they also offered drinks and small snacks which was such a thoughtful touch. “I went in for balayage as my blonde had grown out and turned orange. I’ve never had such good service, they did an amazing job working on my hair, very precise with selecting the strands to bleach, doing a strand test with the toner before applying all over. Honestly such accommodating people considering I’m from the uk. Would highly recommend to any travellers needing their hair done. Thank you to the team.”

“I came here for highlights; I originally have black Asian hair and now have greying roots; I have been highlighting my hair for a number of years now. When I first consulted with the 2 guys who team up on hair coloring, initially they said they showed me a target hair color that was not my target. I think they were being too conservative and concerned about my greying roots working with golden highlights. But I convinced them that it works with my hair so they proceeded. The hair coloring technique here is different than what I am used to in California, as they take meticulous time and energy to weave the highlights into a more smooth blend rather than streaks which I’m used to. At first I thought it took too long and wasn’t sure how it would come out. But I am pleased to say it came out beautiful! In fact the longer I have this hair coloring blend, the more I love it! They really made the color perfect, and the fine blending that they did was really expertly done. I now can appreciate it as I have had it over a week and am sooo happy with it! The team here is also so friendly and customer focused. They were always checking on me during the procedure to make sure I had a drink if thirsty, checking to see how I was doing as it was a long procedure, they even got me ice coffee. I’m definitely coming back here for hair coloring next time I’m in town. They know what they are doing, they take care of the customer, they make sure to get the the color right, and they create an artistic beautiful blend that is so pretty. I’m really so happy!!!”

The staff are amazing - Ngoc, Salem and Hung are very professional. I was unhappy with my hair before which is why I decided to make an appointment with the salon, and they did not disappoint! They succeeded in curating a specific hair colour that I wanted and they listened to my requests. The end result of my hair was exactly what I wanted. “I came here last year in july and had the best haircut ever!! So now that I am back the first thing I did was come bye! They’re super nice. I got my hair washed thoroughly! Then got it cut, dried and styled, all this for only €18. Really will never be as happy with a haircut as here! (my hair is usually very curly, I asked to have it straightened. and usually it curls up immediately with the heat and moisture but it stayed good for a long time). Also you can just walk in, no reservations needed. I asked for wolf cut with long layers and showed the first picture which was last year.”
